The formal OV Ready Compliance Program establishes standard criteria to validate device and application compliance to the OV Ready protocol. This provides OV Ready partners with clear and attainable objectives for their OV Ready development; enables clear communications amongst device and application partners as to features and functions supported; and applies equal measures for all partners to achieve OV Ready compliant status.

For both devices and applications, two levels of compliance are available:



OV Ready compliance is specific to the device and/or application. A partner can be a member of the OV Ready Partner Network, but then must achieve compliance with a specific device or application to achieve the actual compliance level recognition.
